AUDIOCINEMA PRESENTS PORTLAND INDEPENDENT FILM NIGHT.
We are now accepting submissions for the AudioCinema Portland Independent Film Night. This will be a night solely for local film. Amateur, professionals and artists that have experimented with the medium of video. We want it all. This will be held at AudioCinema 226 S.E. Madison St., 97214. Our website is www.audiocinema.org. This will be a 21 and over social gathering as there will be beer , wine and spirits sold at the cafe.
You have from today until 6:00pm the 9th of November to turn your short in.
The films will be shown on November 15th from 7 to 10pm.
SUBMISSIONS:
All films will be ten minutes or less. Ten minutes is not the goal to shoot for but the maximum. Feel free to turn in multiple submissions as long as the total run time does not exceed ten minutes.
Shorts must be turned in on a DVD .wmv, .mov, .mpeg, .avi will all be excepted. PLEASE DO NOT put a menu on your DVD, only the file.
Drop off will be at AudioCinema from now until 9 November. Come see the space and meet the people. You can also mail your submissions to AudioCinema at the address above.
We will take all genres and types of shorts: art films, music videos, documentaries, plot driven stories, sketch comedy, animation, etc...
LABELING:
Name of production team, or person who made film with contact information.
Length of short (including credits)
Genre
And whether or not you want to be judged in a 'best of'. The winners of which will be played at the end of the year event.
